This musical comedy horror cult classic which stars Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick along with the great Tim Curry as a "sweet transvestite from Transsexual, Transylvania" may be the longest-running midnight movie of them all. Thirty-eight years after "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" arrived on the scene, it is still playing in limited release and midnight screenings keep happening all over America. However, you've not lived til you have seen this movie with the Nuart Theatre in Santa Monica where audience members can dress up as their superheroes and talk back to the screen in ways they couldn't if this type of were any other movie. Fans with the Nuart will also get treated to some live performance from Sins O' The Flesh, a group of actors that perform combined with movie every Saturday night. "The Room"
The 2003 romantic drama that was written, produced, directed and stars Tommy "YOU'RE TEARING ME APART LISA!" Every Los Angeles screening I have experienced of John Carpenter's martial arts comedy has always triggered a sold-out audience. Thanks to home video, "Big Trouble in Little China" gained a massive cult following, and audiences love it today in such a way that you wished they did back when it first became available.
