>>> Latest 3d Movies On Blue Ray

Latest 3d Movies On Blue Ray! Watching movies "online at no cost" is a type of practice. Even for movies that have not even attended DVD yet you can find sites all around us where people can post movies to watch that people have secretly taken a video camera in a movie showing and recorded the whole movie for their computer. After that it just takes a search of the internet to find said movie. While the experience isn't the same as paying for it and seeing it inside the theater people that just want to see a movie will get myriads of places online to look at.

Even YouTube has places for fan videos that disguise themselves as places to view movies online. Piracy used to be getting bootleg copies of VHS tapes and DVDs the good news is movie piracy might be even harder to control thanks to the internet.

Financial Fallout

Movie piracy cost U.S. movie studios over 1.3 billion dollars in 2005 mostly due to the internet in the article posted to Torrent Freak. A 2004 survey conducted from the Motion Picture Associated of America claims those of 3,600 internet users surveyed 24 percent said they'd downloaded a motion picture online based on an article in PC World. Surely the numbers should be even more right now. Further, 69% with the respondents felt that downloading a film online was not a "major concern."

More recently, downloading movies and streaming them to internet is indeed prevalent in Spain that that variety of DVD stores has dropped 25% since 2003 and the illegal pirating of movies is threatening to absolve the DVD industry in Spain altogether. Business Insider quoted Michael Lynton of Sony as saying "Spain is about the brink of don't being a viable marketplace for us." This was in late March of 2010.

The symptom in Spain may be a Catch-22. If DVDs are no more sold in Spain then the industry for pirated copies of movies may a lot more lucrative and pirates can get more creative plus much more ardent for the product. Just like making drugs illegal the demand won't vanish entirely so prices will spike with an entire blackmarket may develop and things may get a lot more out of control.

Perhaps one more reason for piracy besides not paying for expensive movie tickets is spoofed within this piece on Business Insider. Like movies within the theater, DVDs now have previews, trailers, and advertising on them. When you can watch a pirated copy without any ads which simply simply grows to the movie without 10 minutes worth of advertising, possibly the feeling of apathy in our consumerist contemporary society is reaching a breaking point.

Anti-Piracy Measures

France and Britain are in the lead in anti-piracy measures. In a New York Times article in March of 2010, Parliament is for the verge of considering a law that would allow authorities to fully cut off internet connection to people who download movies illegally from the internet. France has passed a law therefore but has yet to implement it. Civil liberties groups are watching what the law states closely and they are wary that the measure might go too far.

While these laws are created to protect a distinct segment industry from losing money, again we have to point to illegal drugs just as one mirror to movie piracy. The problem with drugs aren't the tiny time dealers who will be trying to make money when they do not know any other way however the large suppliers and drug cartels who let them have the drugs in the first place. Movie downloaders are the same way. The problem must not be the people who watch free movies online for free but people who pirate the films and put them for the internet in the first place. Cut off the head along with the body dies.

In late March of 2010, The Hollywood Reporter posted a unique article stating that this US Copyright Group has sued over 20,000 torrent users for illegal piracy of movies. Another lawsuit is forthcoming that targets over 30,000 users for five particular movie titles. It appears the film market is not taking this lightly.

New Formats

Blu-Ray discs and also the new 3-D format might help to tackle the piracy symptom in their own way. If a movie is being touted as only able to be noticed in 3-D it would be more difficult to get a copy of it straight away from a camera version taken inside the movie theater. The DVD could be the only way to look at it.

Another approach to combat piracy would be to make online services such as Netflix cheaper. What you would lose in price could possibly be made up for in volume. Perhaps making movie ticket prices just a little cheaper would help too. There are all kinds of things the film industry can perform in order to combat piracy which has nothing to do with filing case.

For these measures being delivered to sue those that break the law there are always sites like YouTube that often can't maintain illegal downloads. Episodes of tv programs, movies, and much more can be found on sites like YouTube, Veoh, and LiveVideo all without cost. Until those websites might be more vigilant about removing copyrighted content then people will continue to observe pirated videos.

On the whole, movie piracy is bad for that film industry because they lose money. The problem then becomes that when they can stem the piracy problem will movie ticket prices actually go down? Will online viewing services such as NetFlix lower their prices when the movie industry is recouping all of this money? There has got to be a give-and-take attitude about this problem. There has got to be some incentive for users to require to pay for a show. Spending money is always good for that economy even if it means purchasing enjoying a show.

Another key to consider may be the current state in the economy. People are still hurting financially and definately will want to get things at no cost or little cost as long as possible. When that carrot goes away then this movie industry must conform to lure those customers time for seeing movies otherwise the movie piracy problem will just have more creative instead of vanish entirely.
